8)     Tri-Facial Nerve.

FOURTH CERVICAL SPINAL NERVE

Motor and/or Sensory To The;

1)    Diaphragm

2)    Eustachian Tube.

3)    Lips.

4)    Mouth.

7)    Nose.

FIFTH CERVICAL SPINAL NERVE
