Wholistic Medicine emphasizes the need to look at the whole person including analysis of the Psychological, Philanthropical, Biochemical, Structural & Financial lifestyle. It encompasses all stated modalities of diagnosis and treatment. Wholistic Medicine focuses on education and responsibility for personal efforts to achieve balance and well being.

DEVELOPMENT OF WHOLISTIC MEDICINE
Ancient healing traditions as far back as 5,000 years ago in India and China, stressed living a healthy way of life in harmony with nature. Socrates (4th century BC) warned against treating one part of the body “for the part can never be well unless the whole is well.”
BASIC PRINCIPLES OF WHOLISTIC HEALTH
Wholistic Health is based on the law of nature that the whole is made up of interdependent parts. The earth is made up of air, water, land, plants, insects, fish, animals and humans. In the same way, an individual is a whole made up of interdependent parts which are;
    * Psychological – Spiritual/Mental
    * Philanthropical – Family/Friends
    * Biochemical - Nutrition/Hormones
    * Structural – Exercise/Postural
    * Financial – Earnings/Savings
The whole person is constantly interacting with everyone and everything around them. When a person suppresses anger over a long period of time, they often develop headaches, high blood pressure and/or stomach ailments.
PSYCHOLOGICAL
SPIRITUAL
Spirituality is a belief and practice in a power operating in the universe that is greater than oneself as well as a way one finds meaning, hope, comfort and inner peace in one’s life. For those who are taught and practice spiritual principles of positive faith in a higher power, believe in positive results and see the positive in all situations live years longer than the national average.

MENTAL
The only thing that a person has absolute total control over is their mind. A Thought produces an action. Action done over and over again create a habit. A Habit that is not broken produces a character. A Character lived out will produce a Destiny. Positive healthy thoughts produce positive healthy actions. Positive healthy actions create positive healthy habits.
PHILANTHROPICAL
FAMILY & FRIENDS
A loving supportive family and good loyal friends enhance an individual’s sense of happiness and overall well-being. A number of studies support the notion that strong and positive support from family and friends improve a person’s health and life span. To help lift the spirits and improve the health of a family or friend, a person should be supportive in the following ways;
    * Be Lovingly Honest & Truthful.
    * Be Physically Present.
    * Take An Interest In Their Interest.
BIOCHEMICAL

Nutrition is strictly related to food intake. Those who eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables can reduce their risk of colon cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure.

HORMONAL
Together with the nervous system, the endocrine system which is composed of glands that release chemical messengers known as hormones, is one of two communication systems that regulate all responses and functions of the body. Hormones travel thru the blood and are cell specific, slow acting and persist in the body for long periods of time. Signs and symptoms of hormonal imbalance include but are not limited to the following;

Self-control in financial decision making regarding budgeting and consumption is far more important than clever investing. Seven (7) out of every ten (10) people are “stressed” about their finances. Financial stress is linked to the following health problems;
